We're seeking a Client Support Agent to handle customer requests, provide advice and solutions, and ensure exceptional support to our community, passengers, and partner drivers.

Requirements

• Diploma: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in customer management
• Mastery of the Google Pack ('Sheets is essential', Google documents, Slides, etc.)
• Mastery of digital with the use of smartphones, Android, and iOS
• Language: French, Lingala, and any other local language
