We're looking for a National E-commerce Manager to oversee all e-commerce activities in a country, including sales, marketing, and operations. The role involves collaborating with sales managers, merchant operations, and marketing teams to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Collaborate with sales managers to feed the marketplace with the best merchants corresponding to customer needs and preferences
- Responsible for geographical coverage strategy of the city
- Explore and implement new merchant recruitment paths with sales managers
- Manage merchant operations, including reporting and follow-up
- Be a driving force in proposing automation routines and promotional campaigns
- Manage merchandising for different services and products
- Manage champions operations, including recruitment and exclusion
- Adapt and update order management processes with e-commerce support teams
- Be a driving force in proposing offline and online recruitment campaigns
- Follow the performance of CRM retention and cross-selling campaigns
