Gracious Hospitality Management is a hospitality company that conceptualizes Michelin-starred and James Beard nominated restaurants. We are looking for a Reservationist to answer phone and email inquiries, book customer reservations, and maintain the flow of the book.
Requirements
- Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely, professional, and hospitable manner
- Book customer reservations to the satisfaction of the customer and capacity of each restaurant
- Maintain a clean and orderly work station, and a clean office environment
- Update client profiles on the reservation system with details such as birthdays, preferences, allergies, and more
- Perform google searches and keep thorough and up-to-date profiles on all customers and reservations
- Communicate messages to management or the correct department
- Coordinate bespoke, tailored service experiences for clients and plans "COTE-Tailoring Program" moments
