Job Description
Planet Fitness is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise fellow team members, ensuring high performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role involves organizational tasks like schedule management, supervising employees, handling customer issues, and maintaining club cleanliness. Responsibilities include adhering to company policies and upholding integrity.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
