Job Description
Grand Fitness Partners is a leading Planet Fitness franchise seeking a Shift Leader to oversee team performance, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain a high-quality fitness environment. The role involves supervising employees, handling customer interactions, and maintaining club cleanliness, as well as managing retail transactions and adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone
