Job Description
Planet Fitness is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise a team of employees, ensuring high performance, quality, and safety standards. The role involves organizing schedules, monitoring attendance, assigning tasks, providing leadership and training, and maintaining club standards. The position requires a passion for the brand and a commitment to the team and company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
