Job Description
The Masonic Homes of California are seeking a Skilled Nursing RN with a minimum MDS certification to complete assessment, care planning, and scheduling for MDS assessments. This role involves managing reimbursement through billing, ensuring compliance, and supporting interdisciplinary team communication. The position requires ongoing education on MDS processes and payment regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current CA RN license
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with 1 year in a management/administrative/supervisory role preferred
- Prior RNAC experience required
- Experience in Minimum Data Set/Resident Assessment Instrument/Prospective Payment System in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Resident Assessment Instrument certification preferred
