Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating schedules and executing daily operations in a 2nd or 3rd shift in Production line. This role involves supervising operators in GMP-compliant drug product manufacturing, including Granulation, Blending, Compression, and Encapsulation. The supervisor will ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, maintain a safe work environment, and foster a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum B.A. /B.S. Degree in Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a supervisory role within Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Operations, or Quality Department
- Knowledge of Quality MS (Management Systems), Document MS, and MS Office Suite
- Solid understanding of current state, federal and local standards and regulations (cGMP, OSHA, FDA and DEA)
