Requirements

• Build and execute national sales strategies.
• Lead and mentor sales/marketing teams.
• Manage 700+ active client accounts.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Develop relationships with reps, distributors, and designers.
• Collaborate with product management for market-ready product launches.
• Attend industry events (virtually or in person).
