Job Description
GritHR Solutions is hiring a Strategic HR Generalist in Physician Services to support a Chicago-based safety-net hospital. The successful candidate will own the full HR lifecycle for employed and contracted physicians, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including recruiting and ER work in healthcare or physician settings
- Strong understanding of credentialing, contracts, and healthcare compliance
