We are seeking a Desktop Support Agent to provide on-site technical support for various computer hardware and software systems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of computer and networking hardware and software systems.

- Proficient with Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite
