Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, including 7+ years leading people in high-growth, scaling environments
- Experience managing a team of 8+ recruiters across levels, with proven success balancing high-volume hiring and niche, senior talent searches
- Deep craft expertise with a track record of building programs, pipelines, and practices that drive scalable and sustainable results
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for capacity modeling, sourcing strategies, and investment planning
- Executive presence and communication skills, with a business-forward mindset that connects hiring strategies to business leaders' goals, customer impact, and revenue growth
