Job Description
The certified athletic trainer provides injury prevention, evaluation, and management of student athletes, ensuring they safely return to play. This role involves communication with athletes, coaches, medical staff, and parents. The position focuses on athlete needs and promotes safe practices within a contracted school setting.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAATE accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program
- BOC certified in good standing
- Current licensure in the state of primary practice
- Current BLS Certification
- Current dual licensure in New York and Pennsylvania preferred
- Current dual licensure in New York and Pennsylvania preferred
