Job Description
The Certified Athletic Trainer is a licensed allied healthcare professional responsible for the optimal health and safety of student athletes and physically active individuals. This role involves injury prevention, management, evaluation, rehabilitation, and return-to-play support, providing outreach athletic training services to high schools and Jr. high schools. The certified athletic trainer will collaborate with medical staff and school officials to ensure athlete safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAATE accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program
- Board Certification in BOC
- Current licensure in the state of practice
- BLS Certification
