Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) position at the Guthrie Clinic involves direct patient care through the nursing process, maintaining professional standards of nursing, and adhering to GCMC’s policies. This role requires assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Requirements
- Current NYS license to perform as a registered professional nurse
- Current BLS-CPR certification (or within first 30 days of employment)
- Current ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Current Maternity certification
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Certification within 6 months of employment
- Current specialty unit certification (ICU, Maternity, Psych, etc.)
