Gypsy is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst Lead to build the analytics stream connecting player behavior, traffic performance, and product insights. This role requires a data-driven individual with a strong understanding of metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau, and a passion for delivering insightful presentations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics with at least 2 years in iGaming
- Deep understanding of traffic, conversion, LTV, retention, and monetization metrics
- Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL / BigQuery) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Confident use of BI tools (Tableau / Superset / Looker Studio)
- Strong understanding of the player lifecycle and user journey analytics
- Proven leadership experience setting priorities, mentoring, and managing analysts
