BI Analyst Lead

Gypsy is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst Lead to manage their analytics stream, connecting player behavior, traffic, and product insights. The role requires a deep understanding of analytics, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and recommending product improvements. The team will monitor key metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics
• 2+ years in iGaming experience
• Understanding of traffic, conversion, LTV, retention, and monetization metrics
• Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL / BigQuery) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with BI tools – Tableau / Superset / Looker Studio
• Strong understanding of the player lifecycle and user journey analytics
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver insights effectively across business and product teams
