Gypsy is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst Lead to manage the analytics stream, connecting player behavior, traffic, and product insights. The role requires a strong understanding of data analytics, traffic metrics, and the player lifecycle, and involves leading analysts and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. They are looking for someone who can translate data into business actions and prioritize data accuracy across various platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics
- 2+ years in iGaming
- Deep understanding of traffic, conversion, LTV, retention, and monetization metrics
- Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL / BigQuery) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Confident use of BI tools (Tableau / Superset / Looker Studio)
- Strong understanding of the player lifecycle and user journey analytics
- Proven leadership experience
