Business Development Manager / Capture Leader

HarmonyTech is seeking a Business Development Manager and Capture Leader with a proven track record supporting federal financial regulatory agencies. The role involves strategic leadership, capturing opportunities, developing proposals, and mentoring staff. It's a high-impact position shaping strategic growth within a growing 8(a) firm.

Requirements

• Demonstrated technology services sales experience in the federal market.
• 5+ years selling technology solutions to the federal government.
• Experience working with or selling into federal financial regulators (OCC, FDIC, EXIM, IRS, CFPB).
• Experience leveraging small business socio-economic designations (8(a), SB, WOSB, etc.).
• Experience managing multi-volume federal proposals with successful awards.
• Knowledge of federal procurement and proposal management best practices (Shipley or equivalent).
• Executive presence with polished presentation and relationship management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for security clearance.
