Harper Group is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to provide retail field customer service to clients in the Virginia area, with a focus on Home Fragrance and Accessories sales. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of outside sales experience, excellent selling and closing skills, and a proven sales record.

• Exceptional communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
