Job Description
Harper Group is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to provide retail field customer service to retail clients in the Virginia area, with a focus on Home Fragrance and Accessories sales. Territory Managers earn average annual commissions of $70,000-$95,000.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales experience
- Excellent face to face selling and closing skills
- Demonstrated sales accomplishments
- Proven sales record in the top 20%
- Exceptional communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
- A track record of success in building new business relationships
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
