Job Description
Headway is building a new mental healthcare system accessible to all, aiming to join providers and patients. They've grown to a national network with over 60,000 providers, and are seeking a highly motivated Associate to drive operational initiatives like product building, process implementation, and data-driven analysis within the Operations function. This role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on in a data-first environment and shape the future of their business.
Requirements
- Design and build foundations for 0-1 initiatives
- Drive the build, execution, monitoring & ongoing implementation of scalable products and processes
- Lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and CX teams
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders
- Master ambiguity/simplification and push toward clarity and execution.
