Job Description
HCSG is seeking a new Manager-In-Training (MIT) for a 16-week training program focused on managing the company's housekeeping, laundry, dining, and nutritional services. The program emphasizes hands-on training, leadership development, and policies, and offers potential career advancement. The program is designed to provide comprehensive training and development for new associates.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and follow instructions.
- Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision.
- Be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to work as scheduled and on time.
