Job Description
HCSG is seeking a Manager-In-Training (MIT) for a rapidly growing environmental services provider. This 12-week, hands-on training program focuses on key skills for a Cleaning Hostess/Heavy Housekeeper/Laundry Worker role, including general training, leadership development, policy adherence, reporting, and safety training. The program aims to develop and support employees in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies.
