The Enterprise Solutions Manager is responsible for ensuring and supporting the successful pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation of solutions, acting as a bridge between various organizational functions and the client.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience with special projects, possesses project management skills and effective project tracking
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to addressing operational impacts
- Experience in managing and contributing to cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details in an understandable manner
- Experience working with diverse administrators preferred
- Proven track record of supporting leadership in development activities
- Ability to lead projects with detailed configurations, integrations, and implementations
- Ability to consider and manage impacts on timelines, workflows, and operational activities
- Strong consultation skills with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Experience in developing and maintaining communication channels and standards to support client interactions
- Ability to foresee and manage extended impacts on various functions such as marketing, documentation, and servicing
