Job Description
HealthHero is seeking a Part-time Operational Team Lead for their Urgent Care Team in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. The role involves supervising team members, providing support on recruitment and training, and ensuring high-quality patient service. It requires a proactive individual with good communication and organisational skills and a flexible approach to working hours, including weekend and overnight shifts. This is a permanent, full-time position in an operational four-week rota.
Requirements
- Work autonomously and possess knowledge of internal stakeholders.
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all times.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of key HealthHero Integrated Care policies and procedures.
- Communicate with external agencies and support patient journeys.
