Job Description
HealthHero is expanding its Urgent Care team in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, seeking an Operational Team Lead for a full-time, permanent position. This role involves supervising and supporting the team delivering high-quality 24/7 service to patients and service users across the region. The team is operational 365 days a year, requiring flexibility, communication skills, and adherence to protocols.
Requirements
- Support and supervise urgent care team members.
- Guide and advise health and social care professionals.
- Liaise with allied health and social care agencies.
- Supervise operational teams and handle issues.
- Coordinate resources for a consistent service.
- Remain calm and focused during unpredictable workloads.
- Maintain knowledge of HealthHero Integrated Care policies.
