Job Description
This is a full-time, permanent position within the healthcare sector for an Operational Team Lead in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. The role involves supporting and supervising a team within the Urgent Care Team, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures. It is an advisory role providing support and advising on recruitment, induction, and training of staff. Responsibilities include overseeing operations and ensuring patient/service user outcomes.
