Cook/Lead

The Cook/Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing safe and sanitary food served to patients, residents, and employees. This role involves preparing and serving meals, ensuring cleanliness, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining appropriate personal appearance. They also provide excellent patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, make simple calculations, and follow oral and written directions accurately.
• Experience and Skills (preferred): Knowledge of preparation and serving of food, prior experience in food service, knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness.
• Accurate following written and verbal orders is required.
