Cook/Lead

The Cook/Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing food, ensuring sanitary conditions, and maintaining a clean and appropriate environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This position requires adherence to food safety standards and a positive attitude towards providing excellent patient care. They are also responsible for keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organized.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, make simple calculations, and follow oral and written directions accurately.
• Knowledge of preparation and serving of food is preferred.
• Previous experience in food service is preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness is required.
• Accuracy in following written and verbal orders is required.
