Job Description
The Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Lab Technician (MLT/ML) is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting patient specimens to healthcare providers. They ensure accurate test results and maintain laboratory operations while providing patient contact and contributing to a regulated environment. This role requires adherence to regulations, empathy, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- OR Bachelor’s degree with courses in biological and physical sciences
- Or medical technician certification (MT) + High School Diploma
