Senior Director, Employee and Labor Relations

HealthPartners is seeking a Senior Director of Employee and Labor Relations to lead and operate a high-impact role within the Human Resources executive leadership team. This role involves developing and implementing employee relations and labor relations systems, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with business and clinical leaders. The successful candidate will be strategic, relationship-focused, and able to influence across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 13+ years of progressive HR experience focused on labor relations and employee relations.
• 7+ years of proven experience leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining processes, and dispute resolution.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to build and inspire teams.
