Requirements
- Level 1 Prod Knowledge Certified
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Passion for technology and learning new software
- Ability to build relationships with customers and empathize with their problems
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
- Genuine curiosity and initiative to build new processes or programs
