Engagement Leader

As an Engagement Leader, you will lead and manage client projects across our portfolio of solutions, including Leadership and Executive Team Development, Board Effectiveness and, Organization and Culture Transformation. The role involves developing and leading consulting solutions as part of client engagements, acting as project leaders on specific projects, and supporting Principals and Partners with client management and business development activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a business environment
• 3 years in a management or leadership consulting environment
• Ability to lead a team, manage workload and priorities within a broader team project setting
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in English and Portuguese
