As an Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles, you will play a critical role in the execution of executive recruiting lifecycle, developing business development skills, and mentoring junior Search professionals. Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience or 5+ years of transferable recruiting experience
- BA/BS degree required
- Proficiency in written expression, verbal articulation, and engaging presentation delivery
