Job Description
The Social Capital and Credit Officer will be responsible for successfully implementing the Green Business Belt project in the Peten department. The role focuses on strengthening organizational structures and business development capacities, attracting financial resource placement, and facilitating access to producers, organizations, and Mipymes to acquire working capital and productive infrastructure. It involves strengthening associations and community networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in related field
- 3+ years of demonstrable work experience with customer service
- Experience working with groups and community organizations
- Experience in rural development and group management
- Working license
- Availability to work 80% in the field and 20% in the office
- Results-oriented
