Job Description
The social capital and value chain technician will be responsible for implementing the Green Business Belt project in the Petén department, providing technical assistance for business models and strengthening local organizational structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, Auditing, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related careers
- Basic experience in the financial sector (microfinance, banking, savings and credit cooperatives)
- Experience in field activities with basic knowledge of value chains and market processes and business models
- Experience in customer service, sensitivity, and negotiation skills
- 3 years of experience in project viability or business development
- Availability to work 70% in the field and 30% in the office
- 2-wheel vehicle management
- Results-oriented
- Reside in Petén
