Job Description
Help AG is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer (UAE National) to position security solutions to customers and prospects, create technical content for proposals, and ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices proactively.
- Assist Business Development Managers in customer meetings and strategic account planning.
- Support the sales process by leveraging Help AG's defined solutions and manage customer expectations.
- Create high-end technical content for proposals and define proper scope of work (SOW) of any proposed solution.
- Arrange, define, manage, execute, and monitor Proof of Concept (POC) with customers.
- Close sales opportunities from technical standpoint.
