Job Description
The In-Home Outreach Clinician will provide one-hour, in-home counseling and clinical case management sessions to families in and around Service Area 7. They will also conduct unannounced visits and child follow-up sessions, as needed, to ensure child safety. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Department of Children and Family Services Childrens Social Worker to assist in accomplishing case plan goals and outcomes for families.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Current license from the Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Permanent U.S. residency or citizenship
- Vehicle for use to conduct in-home sessions
- Valid California Drivers license, current auto insurance, and good driving record
