The HR Generalist is responsible for leading HR services for the Kendallville processing plant, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and experience with employee relations in operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of HR or related experience
- Experience with employee relations in operations
- Startup/commissioning experience in manufacturing preferred
- Working familiarity with audit frameworks for plant environments and OSHA basics
- Data-savvy and comfortable with HRIS (ADP) and Microsoft tools
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and follow-through
- Effective with leaders and employees at all levels
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
