Job Description
The Manager In Training program is designed to provide hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. It has a clearly defined career path culminating in a Branch Manager role within 12-18 months. The role focuses on achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong computer skills and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication
