Job Description
The Manager In Training program provides comprehensive hands-on training across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. The role is designed to help trainees become Branch Managers within 12-18 months. It focuses on sales and customer service excellence and offers a clear career path to manageiture roles.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong computer skills and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication
