Job Description
The Manager In Training program offers hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This role supports location sales goals and customer service excellence and has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager within 12-18 months. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong computer skills and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication
