We are looking for an experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Director to be hired remote anywhere in Germany who thrives on winning new logos and building relationships from the ground up.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS new business sales with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
- Mandatory experience in industrial software sales (e.g., manufacturing, energy, asset management, operations).
- Proven track record of quota achievement and consistent success in winning large, billion-dollar enterprise customers.
- Strong ability to open doors and create opportunities in complex organizations.
- Skilled in consultative selling and building compelling business cases.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models and SaaS KPIs.
- Experience in one or more of our key verticals—manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, rail, pharma, energy & utilities—is highly desirable.
- Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM), or Predictive Maintenance is highly desirable.
