Job Description
The Youth Care Professional III is responsible for delivering relationship-based, trauma-informed care to youth and families. This role includes engaging youth in productive relationships, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing essential services. They also supervise staff and maintain a safe living environment. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 months’ work experience in residential care environment
- CPR certification (or obtained within 60 days of hire)
- NYS driver’s license (1+ year clean driving record and insurance)
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Demonstrated success in Hillside’s communication, personal excellence, cultural competency, building relationships and optimization of decision making
