VP of Growth

Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a VP of Growth to lead the company's growth engine and scale the business efficiently and intelligently. The role involves owning the full customer journey, leading integrated growth across various channels, and overseeing commercial operations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in senior marketing, growth, or commercial leadership roles, preferably in consumer tech, health tech, or e-commerce. They should have a proven track record of building and scaling significant growth stories and be highly data- and AI-literate.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior marketing, growth, or commercial leadership roles
• Proven success building and scaling at least one significant growth story
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and CRO
• Strategic understanding of brand building and creative development
• Highly data- and AI-literate
• Strong financial acumen
• Skilled in leading compact, expert teams and managing external partners effectively
