VP of Growth

Hilo by Aktiia is a venture-backed scale-up company developing a cuffless blood pressure monitor. They are looking for a VP of Growth to lead their commercial growth and strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior marketing, growth, or commercial leadership roles
• Proven success building and scaling at least one (ideally two) significant growth stories
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and CRO
• Strategic understanding of brand building and creative development
• Highly data- and AI-literate
• Strong financial acumen
• Skilled in leading compact, expert teams and managing external partners effectively
