The Executive Chef and B at Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami Airport is responsible for leading the Food & Beverage Department, crafting innovative menus, and overseeing a team of culinary and restaurant staff. The role requires a talented Chef with at least 4 years of supervisory/management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage Department
- Clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage sub departments
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs among all sub departments
- Regularly review and evaluate the degree of guest satisfaction of the individual outlets
- Oversee hiring, training, supervision, development, discipline and counseling of all culinary and restaurant team members
- Monitor team performance, product quality and production flow
