The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is looking for a Food and Beverage Outlets Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory position within food and beverage, preferably high-volume restaurant or hotel setting. The role is responsible for assisting in the daily management of activities and services of all hotel food and beverage operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory position within food and beverage
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Previous experience with forecasting, labor management, and inventory
• Comfortability with learning new software and computer literacy
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
