Hospitality Professional - Kitchen Steward

We are seeking a Hospitality Professional - Kitchen Steward to join our team at Hilton Queenstown Hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning/stewarding experience in a Hospitality environment and strong understanding of Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, working effectively within the Stewarding team, and ensuring correct maintenance of operating equipment and dishwashing machinery.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning/stewarding experience in a Hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety requirements
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, early morning breakfast shifts, and rotating roster
